About Ryan & Angie Snow
Ryan and Angie Snow are the owners of Western Heating & Air Conditioning in Orem, Utah. They purchased Western in 2007. At that time, the company had four technicians and was run out of their home. Today, Western has 30 employees and they are looking forward to continued growth and profitability. They attribute much of their growth and success to the positive culture they have created at Western Heating & Air Conditioning.
Western has been awarded Best of Utah Valley in Heating & Air Conditioning for the past four years. In 2015, Western was awarded the Ron Smith Trailblazing Award given by the Service Roundtable for their innovative systems and processes. Angie was also awarded the Service World Woman of the Year Award at the first Service World Expo in 2016. Ryan and Angie are both Advisory Board Mentors for Service Nation Alliance and love to teach, share, and give back to other contractors.
Ryan and Angie have been married for 21 years, and have four children. Their favorite thing to do with their family is take their boat to Lake Powell, where they fish, ski and relax. They also enjoy competing in races and Spartans together. Ryan and Angie are both actively serving in their community and church.
