Attendees will learn the critical conversions, from raw lead to repeat customer, that drive profits in their business. We will cover the key performance indicators (KPI’s) for each function in successful, multi-million dollar home improvement business, and how they should interact to drive maximum profits. Each attendee will be provided worksheets to determine what physical asset are needed to reach their growth goals, plus their own cash calculator and functional KPI’s.

Prior to joining Attic Systems, Marc owned and operated a successful business coaching and consulting practice, working with many home improvement business owners and their teams to improve marketing, sales, operations and overall profitability. Marc spent 20+ years in the packaging industry in executive leadership and management roles, including extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, sales and marketing.
